Delivery & collection

Delivery is free within Nairobi CBD. For destinations outside the CBD, ask us to confirm delivery options, charges and timing before ordering. You can visit Popman Building, Room 2.02, Nairobi, Monday–Friday from 9am to 6pm. Call ahead to confirm the product you want to view.

Confirm stock, the exact configuration and final quote before ordering. This website does not collect payments.

Your final quote should confirm

• The exact model, configuration, condition and included accessories.
• The final price in Kenyan shillings and whether VAT is included.
• Delivery or collection details, charges and the expected timing.
• The warranty provider, period, coverage and exclusions.
• The process and conditions for returns, faults and refunds.

Inspecting your computer

For refurbished products, request actual photos and battery information. Keep your final quote and receipt, and report any issue through the confirmed business contacts.

Final store policies will be published before transactions are enabled.
